The protection of your privacy is very important to me which means that in accordance with data protection laws and this privacy notice I keep your personal data strictly confidential. The legal basis of data protection is the German Federal Data Protection Act / Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and Telemedia Act / Telemediengesetz (TMG).
You may use my website without providing any personal details. The hosting company however may collect certain data from you, e.g. your IP address. This data is not shared with any third parties without your express permission.
Please note that data transmission via the internet (for example any email communication) may not always be secure. It is not possible to completely protect data from third party access. For that reason we us as little technology as possible for any data collection.

Our provider automatically collects and saves information in so called server log files which are transmitted automatically by your browser.

It is not possible to attribute any of this data to individual persons. We do not combine this data with any other data sources. We retain the right to subsequently check this data if we learn of any specific indications for their illegal use. It is necessary to collect and temporarily store your IP address to facilitate the optimal presentation of my website on your computer. This means that your IP address will be saved for the duration of your website visit. We do not analyse this data for any advertising purposes. We will however review any general server statistics to optimize our presentation, but we do not use or analyse any personal or identifying data.

Internet pages sometimes use so called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and contain no viruses. Cookies make our website more user friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer and by your browser.
The cookie that we use are so called session cookies which are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.
The second Cookie ist for your selected language. This cookie will be storaged on your computer for 365 days.

For additional security and to protect the safe transmission of confidential content we use SSL encryption. Once SSL encryption is activated, any data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

You have the right at any time free of charge to request access to your personal data saved by me. You also have the right to request their correction, blocking or erasure. You should send your SAR or any other questions you may have about this privacy notice to me in writing.
You have the right to make a complaint to the regulator. My website falls under the jurisdiction of the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg (Data Protection Commissioner of the Federal State of Baden Wuerttemberg).
